Do I need to be at home?

Ideally ‘yes’, otherwise the following will apply if ‘Authority to Leave’ has not been given;

Australia Post:

Your item will be carded to a local Post Office, and you will need to collect from there by showing ID

TNT:

Make sure someone is home when the item is due to be delivered otherwise TNT automatically charge an additional $27.50 if a delivery address recipient is not at the delivery address and there is no ‘Authority to Leave’ given. 

In cases where this charge is applied, we will have to re-invoice this charge to the person who made payment for the order.
